Export manifest
The manifest names available public exports, cache posture, account rules, and the GitHub data-kit path.

Free larger exports use a 3-hour review cooldown before release. Email the user when the request has been reviewed; the delay is mainly a bot and abuse throttle. Limit: 1 request per signed-in user per 24 hours. Users get email when the request has been reviewed.
